Whether you’re planning on travelling to Gatwick or Luton, here at Minster Airport Transfers we strive to ensure we get you to your destination with the least hassle and time to spare, putting your mind at ease.
Before your journey date we will pre-arrange collection details for when you return, and we will also text you the day prior and the driver will text you the day of to notify you when they have arrived. Meaning when you get off your plane, you already know our driver is ready and can easily meet somewhere convenient to you.
If you have any special requirements, such as needing a larger vehicle for bigger luggage or need extra pick-ups on route, you can either add any additional information onto the bottom of our booking form or contact us via email and we will try out best to adapt our services to accommodate you.
(Please be aware the driver may ask you to call them when you have collected your luggage.)
The prices below are based on a single pick-up and drop-off to one address in the Thanet area. We do cover a larger area beyond Thanet, but this is subject to availability and our prices with vary depending on where we are collecting you from.

Any journey which is not included in our price list will be charged at a base rate with additional pricing added based on mileage. If the amount of passengers in the car have excessive luggage and require a larger vehicle, you will be charged at the rate subject to the larger vehicle.

WE WILL TRY OUR BEST TO AVOID THIS, YET WE DO WARN YOU THAT SOMETIMES IT IS UNAVOIDABLE. THIS IS CHARGED AT THE DRIVERS DISCRETION AT £20 PER HOUR.***

Payment Process
For trips originally departing from the Thanet area, we will accept payment on the day for the outbound journey, and inbound if booked with us. However, for any journey not collecting from Thanet we will require a deposit of 50% to be paid upfront via invoice, or we will have our staff call you to take payment over the phone. (This is non-negotiable.)
If you would rather pay for your entire trip in one payment before your booking date, we can arrange that and the fare would refundable if you decided to cancel. Subject to our cancellation policy, please see below.
Cancellation Policy
For any cancellation we will require at least 48 hours prior notice. Any journey cancelled prior to 48 hours notice is fully refundable, but any cancellation made after this time period will be subject to a 50% charge. (This is subject only to long distance pick-ups and will not be applicable for any pick-ups located in Thanet.) Any excess will be refunded.
This is to ensure our driver is properly compensated for any losses.
